She had been co-operating for more than ten years with Mr Carmini before belonging to his present staff.

Born in Milan the 7th of December 1969, she graduated with a first class degree at the “Università Statale degli Studi” of Milan, A.Y. 1993/94.

In 1999, she attained the certificate for practising as a lawyer.

At present, she belongs to the International Bar Association (IBA).

Lecturer of the matter at the University of Trento – Department of Economy – professorship of Tax Law (years: 1997/98, 1998/99, 1999/00), she is lecturer at masters for professionals (mainly tax law), she is the author of several articles, contributor to some publications and writer of many important monographs too.

In the meantime, she acquired a large competence in corporate, commercial and tax law areas; litigation, judicial and arbitration matters as well.
