Professional accountant, he has been co-operating with the Law Firm since its setting-up, even if he had already worked in full contact with Mr Carmini.
Born in Milan, the 16th of May 1958, he graduated with a first class degree at the “Università Statale degli Studi” of Milan, A.Y. 1983/84.
In 1988, he attained the certificate for practising as a professional accountant and in 1993 (October, 7) became official auditor. Two years later (April, 12), he held the charge of auditor.
Now, he practises as a business consultant and his main activity consists of assisting and advising companies and/or Groups during their re-arrangement, increase and/or business restoration. Besides, he is the auditor of renowned multinational companies.
