• advice on national corporate law, with reference to the working of social bodies, directors and auditors responsibilities, balance sheet’s drawing up, keeping accounts’ accomplishment, compulsory operations, capital transactions, rights of and relations among the shareholders;
• advice on corporate law as for the international area, making use of foreign correspondents;
• advice and assistance on how to set up and manage pools and co-operative unions as well as the temporary grouping of companies, previously planning their own articles and/or rules of associated and partners;
• advice and assistance in the accomplishment of tasks to the charge of trading companies and management bodies thereof, concerning peculiar themes such as provisions about privacy, the duty to fulfil one’s own obligations to the charge of brokers and dealers, the safety at the workplace;
• assistance and advice in planning stock-options and/or staff promotion.
