      Stefano Carmini
     
   

 

Promoter and managing partner of our Law Firm.

Born in Parma, the 10th of August 1961.

Bachelor of Civil Law “magna cum laude”, A.Y. 1983/84, at the “Università Statale degli Studi” of Milan.

In 1988, he attained the certificate for practising as a lawyer and, since 2000, he has been holding the office of pleader at the Supreme Court of Cassation.

The 7th of October 1993, he was appointed chartered accountant, and, the12th of April 1995, became auditor.

At present, he is one of the members of the International Bar Association (IBA).

 

 

 
 

During this long time, he increased his competences and experiences in corporate, commercial and tax areas.

In particular:

  • extraordinary corporate transactions (corporate merger, splits, M & A, assignments of powers, share exchange);
  • family estate management;
  • international tax planning.

It is source of his pride to show off all his competences about balance sheets matters and companies accounts. Not to forget that he is auditor of multinational companies of the greatest importance too.

Academic Activities

  • Assistant at “Università Statale degli Studi” of Milan – Department of Jurisprudence – professorship of Tax Law (years: 1985/86).
  • Lecturer of Tax Law at the University of Trento – Department of Economy – professorship of Tax Law (years: 1992/93; 1993/94; 1994/95) and at the University of Pavia – Department of Economy – professorship of Tax Law (years: 1995/96; 1996/97) as well.
  • Professor at the University of Trento – Department of Economy – teaching of “Community Tax Law”. In addition to that, we stress his stages about Community Tax Law (A.Y. 1996/97, 1997/98, 1998/99, 1999/00).
  • Reporter at “Università L. Bocconi” in Milan, at meetings for international and national tax law as well.
  • Reporter at the course bound to business lawyers and specialization courses and masters for professionals.
  • Author of several monographs and articles.
