After over fifteen years’ experience with a renowned Law Firm in Milan, where he could succeed in achieving a complete specialization as for tax law, corporate and M&A, Mr Stefano Carmini finally set his own Office up in 1999 with other professionals, who were expert in several matters such as law and economy.

Now, it is important to underline that all the members of our Office possess a wide competence in corporate, commercial, contractual and tax law mainly. Furthermore, they have developed many judicial skills in those areas and matters which are strictly linked to the above-mentioned fields.
